You can remove "Powered by blogger" by using CSS. You just have to follow these simple steps:
1. Go to Design.
2. There click on Template Designer.
3. Click on Advanced option.
4. Click on Add CSS.
5. Paste there .Attribution { display: none; }
6. Finally pushes APPLY TO BLOG button.
